Village Market

ituated in the diplomatic district of Gigiri, Village Market is designed to resemble an open-air African market.

Village Market, throughout the years, has sought to understand the needs and desires of Nairobi and to push the boundaries of retail and recreation by introducing the most cutting-edge concepts from around the world.

It’s latest expansion includes the addition of over 900 parking bays, a business and conferencing hotel, a 14,000 square foot indoor play area for children, a trampoline park, 11-pin bowling, a food market and a 30,000 square foot gym. The recently completed extension also includes a retail section of upto 250,000 square feet of lettable space, yielding over 100 new shops

The new extension’s Gross Leasable Area (GLA) adds an additional 250,000 sq. to an already existing 230,000 sq. ft. of retail space. That means we now have close to 500,000 sq.ft of Let space at the complex.
